Michael Krawitz

Michael Krawitz is a disabled United States Air Force Veteran and the Dir of Veterans for Medical Cannabis. He has been a leader in the international field of NGO drug policy. He was responsible for a bill being submitted to the Virginia’s Legislature in 2009 and 2012. It was designed to reform Virginia’s long standing medical marijuana law. In 2010, Krawitz’s decade fight inside the VA for adequate access to pain management paid off. He negotiated the first favorable, medical cannabis policy within the VA.
